End User License Agreement (EULA)

HydrateNow is licensed, not sold. By installing or using HydrateNow, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA for Licensed Applications, which governs this app under Section 9 of the App Store Terms of Service.

Supplemental Terms

• This app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
• Use of Health data is subject to our Privacy Policy and HealthKit & Data Use commitments.
• If any supplemental terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Standard EULA will control.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app.
• You may not use the app in a way that violates applicable law or misuses Health data.

Termination

Your license to use HydrateNow will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. We may also suspend or terminate the license if misuse is detected.
