Quick fixes
- Ensure you’re on the latest app version from the App Store.
- For Health permissions, open Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices and verify HydrateNow access.
- To restore purchases: in the app, open Settings > Restore Purchases.
Billing & Subscriptions
- Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store Subscriptions.
- HydrateNow offers Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime Premium. Prices are shown in-app and billed via Apple.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. Learn more at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you upgraded to Premium and still see ads, use Restore Purchases in Settings, then restart the app.
Ads & Privacy
- The free version uses Google AdMob to display ads. Premium removes ads.
- During first launch you may see privacy prompts (ATT and consent for ads in certain regions). You can change these later in iOS Settings.
- Our Privacy Policy: Privacy. App-ads.txt: app-ads.txt.
HealthKit & Data
- Hydration entries sync to Apple Health if you grant access. You can revoke or change permissions anytime in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
- We do not use Health data for advertising. See HealthKit & Data Use.
Notifications & Reminders
- Ensure notifications are enabled in iOS: Settings > Notifications > HydrateNow.
- In the app, check reminder schedules and quiet hours.
Troubleshooting
- Restore purchases not working: Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID. Tap Restore Purchases, then fully quit and relaunch the app.
- No data in Apple Health: Re-enable Health permissions and add a test log. Confirm entries appear in the Health app.
- Ads showing after upgrade: Restore purchases and ensure you see “You’re Premium” in Settings.
- Crashes or performance issues: Reinstall the app; if it continues, email us with steps to reproduce and device model/iOS version.
Request Account or Data Deletion
Send an email to AppHydrateNow@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your request and delete app-stored personal data not retained for legal or security purposes within 30 days. Health data stored in Apple Health is managed by iOS and not deleted by HydrateNow.
