Agreement

By downloading or using HydrateNow you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via your Apple ID account.
• Payment is charged at confirmation and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
• We may change prices prospectively; ongoing subscribers will be notified in accordance with App Store policy.
• Lifetime purchases are tied to your Apple ID and do not expire.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the app, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security.
• Do not enter false or misleading health data.
• You may not use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

HydrateNow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Information in the app is for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related questions or conditions.

Advertising & Premium

The free version of HydrateNow displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and data use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence unless superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws.
